office implements our corporate recruitment strategy
with customization to meet local needs. Prior to
deployment of our Tops
guard at a customer's facility, the guard is made
to undergo through a strict regime of recruitment,
internal and external verification, training and
counselling. Training and development begin when
employees start working for Tops
and continue throughout their tenure with our organization.

Regular training courses customized training capsules
and on the job & on site training programs ensure
that our human resources are more than adequately
equipped to meet the customer's expectation. With
our groups high priority focus on training, TOPSGRUP

CANINE
SQUADS
     
Tops
canine squads consist of highly pedigreed and trained
Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds and Labradors
along with vetted experienced handlers. The squads
are effectively used in Industrial applications
for perimeter and facility patrol, building/area
search operations and intruder detection and apprehension.
Labradors are specifically used for explosives and
